It's easy, quick, and you get $15 if you refer a dial-up customer and $25 for a DSL customer every time you do it!

When you refer a friend to FairPoint we will credit your account $15-$25 depending on what kind of service your referral signed up for!

Your friend will thank you for turning them on to a great ISP and you'll earn $ just for referring them!

How does the FairPoint Refer-A-Friend program work?
Just tell your friends about FairPoint and give them the FairPoint toll free number 800.400.5568. When they are ready to sign up all they have to do is give us a call!

Within 5 days of setting up their new account the new customer you referred needs to come back to this web page and fill out the referral form.

Please make sure that the customer you have referred has your FairPoint name and email address. They will need this when they fill out the referral form.

We will credit your account within 60 days!

Terms and Conditions
Referred customer must complete Referral E-Form within 5 working days after signing up for service. FairPoint Sales Agents and employees of FairPoint are not eligible for referral program. Both referring customer and referred customer must be current in billing to receive credit. Referred customer must be a new FairPoint customer that has not had service with FairPoint within the last 12 months. Maximum of 4 referral credits per month. Referral credits cannot be refunded. A referral credit has no cash value. Other restrictions may apply. FairPoint reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at anytime without notice.
