• Basic Plan: Flat rate for intrastate calls is $0.14 per minute. For interstate calls, the flat rate is $0.15 per minute plus a low monthly fee of $1.99. International and extended area calls will be rated on a country-specific basis.
  
  
• 10-450 Plan: For a $4.50 monthly fee, your flat rate for long distance within the continental United States will be $0.10 per minute for both interstate calls and intrastate calls. International and extended area calls will be rated on a country-specific basis.
