Home Phone and FullHouse bundles are available to residential customers for a limited time and subject to change without notification. Eligibility for FullHouse packages requires services to be invoiced on a single bill. (DIRECTV services will be billed separately.) Customers who subscribe to DIRECTV through providers other than FairPoint are not eligible for FullHouse with TV bundles. Where required by law, a Letter of Authorization will need to be completed. Not all services available in all areas. The bundled price does not include other applicable charges, such as: equipment, taxes, fees, FCC Line Charge, Universal Service Fee, other surcharges. Additional minutes of long distance use beyond the allotted minutes of your plan are billed at 10 cents per minute. If you disconnect any service, you will be billed at the a la carte rate or tariffed rate. Unlimited Long Distance: Minutes available on one phone line only. Excludes 900, international, directory assistance, operator services, and dial-up Internet calls. Long distance minutes are for residential voice service only and apply to calls originating and terminating in the United States, its territories or Canada. FairPoint may suspend, restrict or cancel your service if your usage is inconsistent with residential voice usage. High-Speed Internet Service: Prices based on Standard High-Speed Internet service. Upon cancellation of service, customer will be responsible for the return of equipment within 30 days or for the payment of $90.00 for the modem and $10.00 for the power cord. Additional terms and conditions may apply. **Early Termination: For additional savings on FullHouse bundles, a 12-month commmitment is required. Early termination will result in a fee equal to the current retail rate for HSD times the number of remaining months. If during the initial term or renewal term you decide to upgrade to a larger bundle, the initial term or renewal term will be restarted from the beginning of the change in service. At the end of your initial term or renewal term, if you do not renew your service (a "Renewal Term") or change your service according to the prices in effect at that time, you will automatically be moved to the month-to-month rate.
